COVID-19 CHANGES
As part of the current government restrictions, Eyes First has taken steps in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 within our community.
Our highest priority has always been the safety of our patients, doctors and staff.
Therefore we have introduced new safety protocols to ensure the safety of all those who visit and work in our clinic.
New safety protocols introduced in clinic:
- Mandatory hand sanitising and temperature check prior to entry into the clinic
- All patients are asked to wear a mask for the duration they are in clinic
- Any patients who are not feeling well are asked to delay their appointment by at least 2 weeks. Any patients with flu-like symptoms are asked to visit their GP and/or an apropriate clinical centre
- All waiting room chairs are at least 1.5m apart and sanitised on a regular basis
- Family and friends may be asked to wait in the car to allow space in the waiting room for other patients.

By Car
We are conveniently located near the corner of Springvale Road and Heatherton Road. We are opposite Burden Park and McDonalds is a short stroll away up the road.
We have 45 free parking spaces so you will never have to worry about meters or time limits.
Disabled Access
We are proud to comply with the latest disability access requirements and provide disabled parking, wheelchair access, TGSIs (to name a few).
By Public Transport
The closest bus stops are only a short stroll away and allow for travel north/south along Springvale Road or east/west along Heatherton Road. The closest bus stops are:
