covid-19 changes

As part of the current government restrictions, Eyes First has taken steps to reduce the spread of COVID-19 within our community. Our highest priority has always been the safety of our patients, doctors and staff.
Therefore we have introduced new safety protocols to ensure the safety of all those who visit and work in our clinic:
  • Mandatory hand sanitising and temperature check prior to entry into the clinic
  • All patients are asked to wear a mask for the duration they are in clinic
  • Any patients who are not feeling well are asked to delay their appointment by at least 2 weeks. Any patients with flu-like symptoms are asked to visit their GP and/or an apropriate clinical centre
  • All waiting room chairs are at least 1.5m apart and sanitised on a regular basis
  • Family and friends may be asked to wait in the car to allow space in the waiting room for other patients.
