Quoc
Practice Director

Quoc has over 20 years experience as a Management Consultant, starting his career working with two of the "Big 4" consulting firms and subsequently opening his own consulting business. Quoc worked for large multi-national companies, blue chip organisations as well as government organisations on significant projects focussing on improving overall business performance using initiatives such as process improvement, cultural change, systems implementations and business efficiency benchmarking.
After an exciting career in consulting, it was time to make a difference for those in need....delivering eye care with a difference.
Bringing over two decades of business experience in strategy, IT, process improvement and performance, Quoc ensures that the centre runs effectively and efficiently, providing the optimum experience for our patients, referrers and doctors.
Quoc is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Peter
Clinical/Business Manager
Lanugages: English, Greek
Peter completed his Orthoptics degree in 1996 and travelled overseas to Greece where he trained for 4 months gaining valuable experience in all facets of ophthalmology working alongside leading ophthalmologists.
Peter then returned to Melbourne working in private clinics for a further 8 years. During this time, he was also involved in volunteer work with particular research studies at the RVEEH. He specialised in refractive and retinal work.
Peter subsequently moved into franchising, establishing a well known franchise brand across Victoria. Within 10 years, Peter built 16 successful stores and lead a team of 8 franchisees, demonstrating key business acumen and earning a solid reputation for building and running successful businesses.
More recently he returned to he medical industry and focused on ophthalmological product and device sales in both private and public areas.
He brings a wealth of clinical and business knowledge and is fluent in English and Greek.
Kathryn
Office Manager
Kathryn has over 14 years of management experience in ophthalmology.
Kathryn started her career in customer service however, she quickly found her niche in medical administration and found a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in a private practice environment. Kathryn naturally gravitated to the health industry, allowing her actively make a positive contribution to the health of the community.
Kathryn's professional interest is the effective delivery of high quality services in medical practice and has delivered exceptional results over the course of her career. Her strength is her ability to empathise and connect with patients, ensuring the "human" element is always present in our practice ethics.
With a background in Human Resources and Logistics, Kathryn plays an integral part in ensuring a seamless patient experience from beginning to end.
